The Royal Mill Mint is located at 2,985 feet of elevation, on the northwestern edge of the city of Segovia, immediately outside the walled portion of the city, on the left bank of the Eresma River, aproximately 500 feet from the Parral Monastery and 1,000 feet from the famous Alcazar castle, which looms overhead.
